VIVID - Development of Existing Infill sites in Hampshire

The Works comprise the design and construction (including any demolition and site clearance) of new residential units together with associated hard and soft landscaping works and maintenance as required by the Local Authority together with all other necessary infrastructure works both on and off site required to complete the development.
