Colleague Survey Platform

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) are looking to source a colleague survey and engagement online platform, which will be the main channel for internal surveys. This will be a professional platform that specialises in colleague surveys, with well-researched survey templates, presentation of data and reporting, an action planning functionality, and an expertise resource of people science or other specialists. The range of surveys include: Engagement, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Performance, Leadership/Board 360s, Onboarding, Exit, and Ad hoc pulse. The insights from these surveys help to shape and drive the direction of MaPS's strategy and operational plan.
