Energy Services Provider

With the introduction of Dynamic Purchasing Systems, via the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Aspire is looking to appoint an Energy Services Provider, who will act as an agent to establish and manage a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on its behalf. We are looking for this arrangement to increase the number of suppliers and type of energy procured over the life of the DPS.

To be considered, providers of energy services must be able to: • Establish and manage a Dynamic Purchasing System • In delivering its services, comply with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCRs) • Offer a full account management service to Aspire or other public sector end-user customers.
