## Description

BTP conducts a monthly user satisfaction survey with victims of crime online and through telephone interviews\. It measures their satisfaction with BTP interactions and feeds into the Force's Management Information\. Commencement Date 1 July 2022 Expiry Date 30 June 2023 Extension Period 12 months \(until maximum 30 June 2024\) This edited Notice is to advise British Transport Police has exercised its right to utilise the optional extension period\.
