East Sussex County Council wish to procure a treasury management advisory service\. Looking for an experienced advisor to provide specialist advice to both sovereign councils to enable them to manage their treasury operations in the most efficient and cost-effective way, and which is appropriate for each council's financial position, aspirations, risk appetite\.
