CWC24181 - Development Control

The Strategic Transport Service has an ongoing responsibility to provide Transportation advice on Planning Applications. This occupies a substantial amount of resource alongside the Project Management and other activities which form the rest of the service workload, which have seen an increase in recent times with the availability of increased scheme funding and concomitant processes. City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are seeking an organisation to deliver the Development Control work over the short term. Utilising MHA PSP4 Lot 1 Framework
