## Description

Leicestershire County Council is looking to commission an external agency to undertake an independent evaluation of Leicestershire's Family Hubs grant funded programme\. \\r \\r Leicestershire County Council was awarded a grant by the Department of Education to support the transformation of family services\. Family Hubs are a key element of central government policy designed to improve access to information guidance and support to all families with children aged 0-19\.\\r \\r The evaluation will consider the success of the programme, the reach of the programme and the impact and potential for impact on families
