SH06007 - 75 MEERSBROOK PARK ROAD REFURBISHMENT

The project is the renovation of a current 11 bed house to 8 self-contained flats. It will involve reconfiguration of the floor plan with demolition of existing walls and the construction of new partition walls; new windows and doors throughout, including treatment and repair to existing bay windows; new heating, electrical & fire systems; and full redecoration.
