Tees Valley Combined Authority are looking to deliver a consistent Tees Valley-wide programme of active travel hub services in the local authority areas of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees, to help make walking and cycling the first choice for short journeys for residents
