## Description

The NAO's Digital Community of Practice makes significant use of research services and anticipates growth in the use of such services in the future\. A suitably experienced supplier was required to provide a holistic database on the UK's government expenditure on Information and Communication Technology \(ICT\)\. The supplier is required to provide access to a comprehensive dataset which holds current and historic data \(at least twenty years\) to allow a detailed analysis of ICT spend by NAO audit staff\.
