Provision of Performance Test Discovery Services

DVLA is seeking a review of the current approach for performance testing its cloud hosted services and the production of a recommendation report on improvements that should be considered relating to: a)Test Data creation b)Tooling for performance testing c)Approach for performance test analysis.

This review would include a discovery period capped at 10 days which would need to include talking to current squads to understand how they work and how their recommended toolset may be used within the pipeline.
