PRJ737 - Northamptonshire Shared Care Record Service

Description

Procurement of a shared care record service on behalf of the Northamptonshire CCGs for Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership (NHCP). A shared care record (SCR) is a record that is built by integrating data and information held on patients across a range of health and social care providers. In this sense it is a data integration exercise but one that carries profound benefits for patient outcomes and local health and care provision. The contract is for a duration of 3 years with an option to extend for up to an additional 2 years.
