Thornton Science Park Development - PIN

The University of Chester is seeking a developer/investor partner to work collaboratively with the Universityof Chester in achieving its vision of developing the Thornton Science Park site by delivering an additional400 000 sq ft of commercial floorspace. The University is also looking for a partner to deliver on-going estatemanagement services at the site. The precise structure will be agreed with the developer/investor partner, butthe partner will be required to enter into a development agreement and facilities management agreement withthe University of Chester obliging the development partner to carry out works to the site in order to procure thedevelopment of the site and to also provide the on-going facilities management. The intention is for the University of Chester to run a site visit/open day for any prospective development partners to outline the University of Chester's vision for the site.
