The requirement is for a supplier to provide on an ad hoc basis User-Centred Design (UCD) awarded to Hippo Digital Ltd (£15,317,304.48) and engineering / development resources (tech leads, infrastructure, devops, devsecops, software developer) awarded to Mastek UK Limited (£36,041,893.75) to support the FCA's Change Portfolio by producing, but not limited to user/service design, content design, user research (quant and qual), and development deliverables.
