PIN 2018/4 - Vehicle Parking Enforcement Services

The Client requires a Service Provider to deliver a scheme to prevent unauthorised parking at vehicle parking sites within the boundary of the City of Derby. This will involve the issuing of permits to persons authorised to use the parking facilities and the issue of Parking Charge Notices to those parking without authority. The scheme will also require the Service Provider to administer parking management services which will include the Service Provider recovering charges from the Liable Person.
