## Description

This contract will build on other research we commissioned last year, specifically: - Research with grant holders and funding staff about their experiences of and aspirations for monitoring and evaluation\. This identified a number of improvements \(both in terms of processes and guidance\) which are now being developed\. - Research with other funders to understand how they support their grant holders around data and evidence\. This identified potential approaches to support that the Fund could take\. - Research to map all of the existing outcomes frameworks and measures/scales that are relevant for VCSE sector organisations We will provide the findings from these pieces of research to the successful bidder\. This research will fill a specific insight gap about: - the broad data and evidence needs of the VCSE sector - what support different organisations need around data and evidence to meet their organisational goals - how we should prioritise our resources to support this\.
