Community Fund: Contract Management & Quality Assurance

The Council invites quotations for the provision of a Contract Management and Quality Assurance Service for the Council's Prevention Fund services valued at under £15,000. The service will support and oversee services receiving funds under £15,000 per year from the Council's Prevention Fund. The Prevention Fund is there to fund services with the aim of keeping residents as active and autonomous as possible for as long as possible and reducing the need for more acute services. The Prevention Fund links to the outcome in the Corporate Plan of People living long, health, happy and independent lives. The maximum length of the Contract is 3 years. The maximum value of the contract must not exceed £40,000 per year. Bidders should ensure that their Tender Response does not exceed this annual budget.
