Office adaptation for clinical services provision

The NHS as lead client- with support from Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC)- is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional building contractor to adapt/convert a vacant first floor office space (approximately 1170 m2) into a facility to provide clinical services . The works will need to be undertaken to NBS and current building regulation standards.

The building contract to be used will be the JCT Intermediate form without Quantities. The tenderer will need to submit a lump sum fixed price.

Additional information: A tender pack will be issued to those suppliers that submit an expression of interest to: boyd.scattergood@ambervalley.gov.uk by the closing date for this notice (22/07/2020).

The tenders will be opened by members of the Trust Management Team and you will be advised as soon as possible whether the tender submitted by you has been recommended for acceptance.

Please note the return address for tenders is ONLY at our Radbourne Unit, Royal Derby Hospital Site, Uttoxeter Road, Derby DE22 3WQ which has a 24 hour manned reception.

Tender return date is no later than 12.00 noon on the12/08/2020.

Note: Contract start date and completion dates are provisional at this time and will be mutually agreed in due course.
