Disabled fans lived experiences of the 2016/17 season

This piece of work relates to a wider program of work regarding the compliance of Premier League football clubs with their obligations under s.20 of the Equality Act 2010. It requires service providers to anticipate the needs of potential disabled customers, meaning that they must consider in advance what reasonable adjustments will enable access for disabled supporters. Clubs must not wait until a disabled supporter asks for a reasonable adjustment to be made.
