Malvern Theatre - Front Extension

Malvern Theatres currently operate a very established and successful theatre on the site and they are looking to expand the front reception and administration areas.

To achieve that end the project involves the following works:

i. New first floor extension above existing ground floor foyer ii. Refurbishment of existing ground floor foyer with new entrance lobby iii. External works comprising paths, steps, external lighting, soft landscaping, as shown on the drawings. iv. Drainage installations, including rainwater and surface water systems, all as shown on the drawings. v. Internal structural alterations to existing facilities. vi. Associated M&E Services including a new lift
