Fire safety works to three Sheltered Blocks \(FS6\) for Barnet Homes N3, NW4 and EN5 \(Rectory close/ Derby HOuse and Little Lrkins Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Site visits will be arranged by having an open day for each site to be held, after lock down , during the first two weeks of December, dates to be advised
