South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust would like to commission a provider to deliver a Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing and Social Prescribing Service to support the mental and emotional health of children and young people (CYP) through a holistic, non-medical approach. This service will connect CYP & Adults between the ages of 11-25 to community resources, activities, and support networks to enhance their overall wellbeing and resilience as part of a holistic wrap around offer.
