## Description

English Heritage are seeking to appoint a design consultant to: o Design and evaluate re-roofing options through RIBA Stages 1-4 \(EH Stages 1 - 2\) to the Auditorium \(Opera House\) and Portico \(Mansion House\) at Northington Grange\. o Further assess minor works identified to the entire scope of the mansion house roof, including the lead flashing and asphalt covering of the central roof well; slate slopes; valley gutters and hips\. o Assess high-level masonry and render works required in association with the roofing works\. o Architect services through RIBA Stage 5 \(EH Stage 3\) Additional information: Suppliers interested in this opportunity should register at https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/english-heritage/aspx/Home in order to express interest and download documentation\.
