GB-Colchester: Renewal of Pitched Roofs

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to renew the existing pitched roof coverings to 12 properties, including associated building works to chimneys, minor improvements to thermal insulation, roof line and the removal and reinstallation of photo voltaic systems.

The properties are in the Castle, Stanway and Gt Horkesley Wards and there is relatively good access to most sites. The properties are two storey and are situated in residential areas.
