## Description

Project Title: Dover Castle Masterplan Brief Description of the project: As the second most visited and second most profitable property within the English Heritage Trust \(EHT\) portfolio, Dover Castle will be a major component of the future financial sustainability of EHT and will also play a key role in delivering the wider aspirations within the new EHT corporate plan\. The main objective of this project is to produce a ten to fifteen year masterplan for Dover Castle, informed by a detailed market analysis and integrated transport plan, that will guide our future investment strategy for the property and inform our future investment priorities thereby contribuiting to the financial sustainability and success of the organisation\.
