Eastleigh Launchpad Service

This Contract Award Notice is for the purpose of transparency only. This opportunity was open to those providers approved on the Hampshire Learning Disability Framework.

The Launchpad service provides community based leisure, occupational and vocational activities to service users who may have previously attended Hampshire County Council operated day services in the area. Small groups of people (typically three or four people) are supported to participate in community based activities of their choosing. The provider will support people to consider meaningful community based activities that enhance their skills and confidence and promote social inclusion.

The service provider will work pro-actively to incorporate an outcomes focused approach to the delivery of services, with a view to the groups requiring less support over time, thus freeing capacity for new referrals into the service.
