## Description

The Council invites tenders from suitably qualified professional teams to prepare a Masterplan \(RIBA Stage 0-1\), informed by supporting documentation for the historic Southgates area of Kings Lynn\. The Masterplan will form a key component of the Council's regeneration plans and future prosperity of King's Lynn as part of our Town Investment Plan\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
