Work description
Works include the removal of the existing roof covering & deck, parapet wall to be built up to match existing heights and remove coping stones to be reinstated, new roof deck and waterproofing to be installed and proposed to encapsulate the parapets. Existing windows and doors to be replaced with new PPC Aluminium
