## Description

The supplier will undertake recruitment search activities for 2 SCS roles to support the Transformation within Ofgem\. These roles are Director Analysis and Assurance and Director Energy Systems Management and Security\. This will include: ?? attendance at all meetings \(planning; long list and short list\); ?? advertising of roles; ?? search; ?? ranking of candidates into A, B and C; ?? longlist interviews; ?? references \(if necessary\); ?? collecting of diversity stats and all interactions with the candidates\.
