The contract is being offered in two lots: Lot 1 - Facilities Maintenance Services \(estimated annual value £80,000\) Lot 2 - Data Centre Supplies and Installation \(estimated annual value £20,000\)\. It is the intention to award Lot 1 to one \(1\) successful tenderer\. It is the intention to appoint all tenderers who meet the quality threshold for Lot 2 to this second lot and to conduct further competitions based on price only for any requirement under this lot\. Bidders may apply for one or both lots\.
