## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(BwDBC\) is looking to seek partnership with a Provider of work-based learning to join the Borough and its existing partners to develop, deliver and accredit its new Leadership and Management Development programme\. The Provider would need to be able to deliver the nationally accredited Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring programme\.
