Appointment of Surveyor for Expiry Survey

Note the selection of Pick Everard by LCC to carry out the expiry survey in respect of the Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School PFI Project. • Approve the amount of £8,722.50 in respect of LCC's share of the cost of such expiry survey, to be funded through Children & Families' budget. The full cost of the survey is £34,890.00 (ex VAT) which will be split equally amongst the four contracting parties.
