## Description

The Combined Authority is seeking to procure consultancy services, for specialist advice and the preparation of two Business Justification Cases \(BJC\), particularly around the Economic, Financial and Commercial dimensions and required supporting documents to ensure approval through our assurance process for the Small Bus Station Improvements and Bus Stop Accessibility Improvements packages of the Small Bus Station Improvements Package \(BSIP\) and the Bus Stop Accessibility Improvements Package of the Bus Stop & Shelter Improvements Programme \(BS&SIP\)
