GB-Bath: University of Bath National Centre for Wheelchair Fencing

The Employer is seeking to engage a principal contractor on a design and build basis to carry out a single storey construction within the existing Throws & Jumps Hall. A steel frame to be connected to the existing steelwork within the hall, with new walls constructed of high density blockwork and a suspended acoustic ceiling. The existing floor surface will be removed and new floor surfaces installed over the existing slab.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
