The Highways England Freight Research Programme and the resultant Professional Driver Experience Panel \(PDEP\) will establish and maintain a panel of professional drivers who will help us understand the experiences and expectations, needs and preferences of this specific critical user group\. This research and insight will be used to define and shape the future freight work programme, investment priorities\.
