Early Contractor Involvement Advisor “Tenders are now being sought for this commission, the city council is looking to appoint an advisor to review- Health and Safety, Buildability and Logistics, Deliverability, Viability, Design, Traffic Management, Programme and Construction of the Etruria Valley Highways connectivity scheme. It is envisaged that the contractor (including any team of associated specialists where applicable) will have the relevant infrastructure project experience to deliver this service with specific highways construction experience.”
