## Description

We have commissioned a new short film explaining the origins and mission of BHE predominantly for the website\. We asked three organisations to pitch: The Animation Guys, Fred & Eric, and Brickwall\. Brickwall were the most comprehensive and understood the brief the best\. They came in at the cheapest price, £2k under the others\. See attached brief
