The Specification in Brief We are looking for a freelance marketplace service that offers the following: Specification: • Access to a global marketplace of freelancers, specifically talented software developers and digital marketers, available to hire for both small- and large-scale projects • Dedicated account management and customer support team • Inbuild project management and collaborative tools • Tailored support for Launchpad programme and individual projects • Net 30 invoicing terms • In-house vetting procedure to shorten hire time • Custom reporting options The potential bidders need to provide full pricing and features list based on the information in this request and this will then feed into the final design and tender stage\.
