Description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Day to Day Repairs Works to approximately 1,300 properties located across the following WATMOS Community Homes Estates in Lambeth, London: • Ethelred Estate • Magdalen Estate • Thorlands Estate The Works includes Damp and Mould Works and Disrepair Claims Works. This below threshold contract is required immediately, to ensure the Works are carried out within the timescales required by the Regulator of Social Housing, and to improve customer satisfaction for WATMOS Community Homes residents.
