\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services RM3764\.3 Cyber Security Services 3 Aim: To conduct a comprehensive analysis of up to 75 Cyber Assessment Framework \(CAF\) Annual Reports submitted to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero \(DESNZ\) by Operators of Essential Services in the Oil and Upstream Gas subsectors\. Objective: To assess the progression of cyber maturity across the OUG subsectors since the last full CAF self-assessment in 2023, identifying trends, strengths, and areas requiring further improvement to inform future policy and regulatory engagement\.
