Scarborough Catering and Classroom Refurbishment

The requirement is to enlarge and refurbish the existing catering facilities at our Scarborough campus, at 16 Ashburn Road, Scarborough. Over recent years campus numbers have grown and to keep up with demand and be able to offer a more extensive menu, the current catering facilities now require enlarging and modernising. The project comprises the strip out and internal fit out of the existing catering front of house and back of house areas to form new catering facility together with associated M&E works complete with external works pathway.
