## Description

The West Midlands Growth Company \("WMGC"\) is the strategic, economic development vehicle for the West Midlands region, and was established by its shareholders: the West Midlands Combined Authority \("WMCA"\) and its constituent members\. WMGC is commissioning the first phase of a Hotel Feasibility Study, aiming to give an overview of the region's hotel provision and demand, identify underprovision in the region, and opportunities for development\. In line with the priorities of WMGC shareholders and existing evidence, this Study will have a more detailed focus on specific geographies\.
