## Description

Stroud Town Council requires a contract project manager to manage the refurbishment and maintenance of its properties\. The Council owns two listed properties: • Lansdown Hall \(community hall and art gallery\)\. • Thanet House \(council offices and two flats\)\. and also manages 25 green spaces: parks, playing fields, allotments, churchyards and a cemetery, many of which have built elements\. The Council is also currently in discussion with Stroud District Council on the possibility of transferring responsibility for additional properties\.
