## Description

This is a Contract Variation\. The contract has been extended for a further year commencing on 7 July 2021, and ending on 6 July 2022\. The contract variation is required to continue to support on the hosting, maintenance and support services for the Regency, Percy, NMF & MOIRA2 Systems\. The contract value has been extended by an additional £139,535\.95 excluding VAT which will cover the cost for the final year of this contract\.
