Haringey Council Parking Service has ambitions plans for transforming the way they deliver their services; to support these ambitions they need a Parking Management IT System (PMIS) that is capable of delivering a fully digitised service embracing a digital by default approach, but with back up arrangements for those requiring non-digital access arrangements
