## Description

To undertake feasibility studies of the heat decarbonisation opportunites for 4 buildings across the CC estate, New County Hall, Chy Trevail, Tolvaddon HQ and St Johns Hall\. To consider the existing condition of M&E and building fabric and develop a whole building approach to develop proposed strategies and development of heat decarbonisation plans\.
