River Water Quality definition and data reconciliation PROC.01.0784

The objective of this work is to ensure that our river water quality PC definition is accurate and robust ahead of companies' PR24 submissions to us in October 2023. We want to ensure we have a set of historical performance data for as many companies as possible for the 2011-22 period to test this. Therefore, we would like consultants to gather and organise a total phosphorus removal discharge dataset consistent with our river water quality PC definition.
