## Description

Project Allenby/Connaught ABP Variation requires an Independent Tester to test, commission and hand over to the Authority and the PFI Prime Contractor assets for acceptance into service to the PAC PFI Contract\. Assets are to be built or reconfigured on the Salisbury Plain Training Estate and Aldershot for the support of relocating troops on the drawn down from Germany\.
