Delivery of an interim evaluation of the Investment Programme \(IP\) - UK Debt Funds only\. The team require robust evaluations to help the Bank deliver more effectively against its mission which is to make finance markets work better for smaller businesses no matter where they are in the UK or their stage of their development, for example: starting up, scaling up or staying ahead\.
