## Description

Construction of new Welfare Building at The Heathland School\.\\r 2 stage tender to work with the apointed contract to work with them on their prelim, Overheads and Profit costs & value engineer so project can be delivered within budget\. \\r The building has been designed with natural and recycled materials including straw-bale walls, lime render, clay plaster and meadow grass roof, together with solar PVs, for zero-carbon and high environmental credentials
